You're ready to move on when
- Successfully completed a data-heavy final year project or dissertation.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Excel or similar data tools through academic work or internships.
- Can articulate a clear interest in sustainability and operations during interviews.

Operations Assistant / Coordinator
1-2 years in a general operations support roleSkills to master
- Deep understanding of our internal operational systems and data flows, stakeholder management for data requests, basic project support.
You're ready to move on when
- Experience regularly pulling and manipulating operational data (e.g., inventory, logistics).
- Has shown initiative in suggesting process improvements or data quality enhancements in previous roles.
- Strong internal network within Operations, making data collection easier.

Environmental Intern / Junior Consultant
1-2 years in an environmental or sustainability-focused role (often consultancy)Skills to master
- Exposure to various sustainability reporting frameworks, experience with GHG accounting principles, client-facing communication skills.

- Experience collecting and analysing environmental data for external clients or internal projects.
- Familiarity with industry-standard sustainability metrics and reporting requirements.
- Ability to work independently on defined tasks and deliver outputs to a deadline.
