5-8 years in consultancySkills to master
- Developed expertise in supply chain strategy, network design, and logistics optimisation for multiple clients, with a strong focus on 3PL engagement.
You're ready to move on when
- Led complex logistics strategy projects for large, multinational clients.
- Developed and presented strategic recommendations to C-suite level executives.
- Possesses a strong understanding of various logistics operating models and technologies.
- Proven ability to quickly analyse complex problems and develop actionable solutions.

- Managed end-to-end logistics operations for a significant region, including 3PL relationships, budget management, and operational performance.
You're ready to move on when
- Managed a regional logistics budget of £10M+.
- Had direct accountability for regional 3PL performance and contract compliance.
- Successfully integrated logistics operations following M&A activity or major business change.
- Demonstrated strong leadership and people management skills (even if this role is IC, it requires influence).
