Quality Engineer (L2)
2-3 years at L2Skills to master
- Independent problem-solving for routine quality issues, basic statistical analysis (SPC, histograms), effective CAPA initiation and tracking, strong understanding of specific product lines or processes.
You're ready to move on when
- Consistently closing CAPAs effectively and on time.
- Successfully leading smaller, well-defined quality projects.
- Proactively identifying and proposing solutions for recurring issues.
- Demonstrating strong technical knowledge of assigned product lines.

Manufacturing/Process Engineer with Quality Focus
3-5 years in Engineering, then 1-2 years in a Quality roleSkills to master
- Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, process optimisation techniques, ability to translate engineering specifications into quality control points, experience with process validation.
You're ready to move on when
- Successfully optimising production processes for quality and efficiency.
- Leading process validation activities for new equipment or products.
- Strong collaboration with Quality teams on defect reduction initiatives.
- Demonstrating a keen eye for process control and variation reduction.

Supplier Quality Engineer (L2)
2-4 years at L2Skills to master
- Supplier auditing, managing Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCARs), supplier performance monitoring, understanding of supply chain quality risks.
You're ready to move on when
- Successfully resolving complex supplier quality issues.
- Improving supplier performance metrics through targeted interventions.
- Strong ability to communicate and negotiate with external suppliers.
- Proactively identifying and mitigating supply chain quality risks.
