You're ready to move on when
- Successful completion of your apprenticeship qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 3/4).
- Consistent positive feedback from mentors and supervisors.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently on routine tasks.
- A clear understanding of our product lines and operational procedures.

Production Operative / Warehouse Assistant
1-3 yearsSkills to master
- Hands-on experience with production machinery, material handling, quality checks, and understanding the flow of goods within a factory or warehouse.
You're ready to move on when
- Proven track record of reliability and attention to detail in a hands-on role.
- Familiarity with our internal systems (ERP/MES) through daily use.
- Proactive identification of issues and suggestions for minor improvements.
- Strong communication skills with peers and supervisors.

School Leaver / Entry-Level Role
0-2 yearsSkills to master
- Basic workplace etiquette, following instructions, learning new systems quickly, demonstrating initiative, and building strong working relationships.

- Demonstrated eagerness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
- Consistent adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
- Ability to accurately complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision.
