1-2 years in an operational or support roleSkills to master
- Structured problem-solving, data extraction from enterprise systems (e.g., SAP), workshop support, documentation standards.

- Has a deep understanding of at least one operational process within the company.
- Has identified and suggested improvements in their previous role (even if small).
- Shows a desire to move into a more analytical and improvement-focused position.
