- Handling high volumes of calls/emails, using ticketing systems, adhering to metrics, de-escalation skills.
You're ready to move on when
- You're used to being on the phone or chat for most of your day.
- You understand what CSAT and AHT mean.
- You can type pretty quickly and accurately while talking.

- Structured thinking, research skills, rapid learning, professional communication.
You're ready to move on when
- You're eager to learn how a business operates from the ground up.
- You've got strong written and verbal communication skills.
