- Proactively identifies and resolves routine asset issues without supervision.
- Demonstrates a keen interest in understanding the 'why' behind processes and suggesting improvements.

- Strong operational process understanding, experience with inventory control or logistics, analytical skills, and a proven track record of managing detailed data.
