Warehouse / Logistics Assistant
1-2 years in a warehouse or logistics roleSkills to master
- Strong understanding of material flow, inventory management basics, experience with MHE (Material Handling Equipment), and familiarity with ERP systems for stock movements.
You're ready to move on when
- You understand how important it is to get the right parts to the line at the right time.
- You're comfortable using handheld scanners and basic inventory systems.
- You've shown initiative in improving processes in your current role.
- You're keen to learn the 'why' behind the production schedule and material needs.

Technical Apprenticeship Graduate
Upon completion of a relevant apprenticeship (e.g., Engineering, Manufacturing)Skills to master

You're ready to move on when
- You've successfully completed a recognised technical apprenticeship programme.
- You're eager to apply your theoretical knowledge in a practical, fast-paced production setting.
- You demonstrate strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- You're comfortable with technical documentation and following precise instructions.
