- Independently managing content lifecycles, resolving most Tier 1 & 2 user issues, running standard reports, and demonstrating proactive problem identification.
You're ready to move on when
- Consistently meeting support ticket SLAs and accuracy targets.
- Successfully owning and improving at least two core L&D operational processes.
- Receiving positive feedback on your ability to troubleshoot and communicate solutions clearly.
- Proactively identifying system inefficiencies and proposing solutions to your manager.

3-5 yearsSkills to master
- Deepening your understanding of learning platforms specifically, mastering content management systems, and developing strong stakeholder management skills within an L&D context.
You're ready to move on when
- Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex software/system issues.
- Demonstrable experience with system integrations and data management.
- A clear interest and some experience in learning technologies or L&D systems.
- Ability to translate technical solutions into user-friendly language.

4-6 yearsSkills to master
- Developing strong technical proficiency in LXP/LMS administration, data analysis for learning, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset for system optimisation.
You're ready to move on when
- Extensive experience with LXP/LMS configuration and user management.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail in managing learning programmes.
- A desire to move beyond purely administrative tasks into system improvement and technical support.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and implement efficiency gains in L&D processes.
