- Organisational diagnosis, talent management, employee relations, business acumen, HR data analysis, understanding of business unit needs.
You're ready to move on when
- Proven ability to consult with business leaders on people-related challenges.
- Track record of identifying skill gaps and proposing solutions within a business unit.
- Strong understanding of the business's strategic objectives and commercial drivers.
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders without direct authority.
