- Consistently received positive feedback from supervising solicitors/partners on case strategy and accuracy.
- Proven ability to research complex legal questions and provide clear, actionable advice.
- Experience mentoring junior paralegals or legal assistants.

4-6 yearsSkills to master
- Understanding the specific business needs of an organisation, managing internal stakeholders (HR, hiring managers), and optimising in-house processes. You'll know how to navigate corporate structures.
You're ready to move on when
- Owned the end-to-end processing of a significant volume of internal immigration cases.
- Successfully managed relationships with external counsel and internal business units.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvements within an in-house setting.
