5-8 years of post-qualification experienceSkills to master
- Deep expertise in corporate immigration law, client management, legal research and drafting, and a strong understanding of business needs and risk mitigation.
You're ready to move on when
- Has managed a diverse portfolio of corporate immigration clients and complex cases.
- Proven ability to provide clear, actionable legal advice to business clients.
- Experience working with HR and other corporate functions to implement immigration strategies.
- Strong track record of successful RFE responses, PERM filings, or other complex petitions.
- Understands the commercial realities and pressures faced by in-house legal teams.
