You're ready to move on when
- Successfully managing a portfolio of high-value, complex matters with minimal oversight.
- Consistently receiving positive feedback from partners and clients on your project leadership.
- Actively mentoring and developing 1-2 junior LPMs, with demonstrable impact on their growth.
- Leading process improvement initiatives that have a measurable impact beyond your immediate matters.

8-12 years experience, with 3-5 years in a Lead roleSkills to master
- Bringing a proven track record of architecting LPM processes, managing significant portfolios of work, and leading small teams or workstreams. You'll need to demonstrate how your experience translates to our firm's unique context.

- Successfully managed a significant portfolio of related legal matters or programmes.
- Designed and implemented new LPM processes or templates at a previous organisation.
- Experience with budget oversight for a portfolio or small team.
- Can articulate how they've influenced senior legal professionals to adopt new ways of working.

- Deep expertise in legal process improvement, legal technology implementation, and data analytics, combined with strong project management fundamentals. This path is about transitioning from a specialist to a people leader.

- Led the implementation of a major legal tech platform (e.g., CLM, eBilling system).
- Designed and implemented significant process improvements for a legal department.
- Demonstrable experience in managing projects end-to-end, even if not explicitly a 'LPM' title.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive operational decisions.
