- Recognised internally as an expert in specific areas of law or research methodologies.
- Has successfully mentored at least two junior specialists who have shown marked improvement.
- Has taken initiative to lead internal projects or develop new training materials for the team.

Lead Research Analyst (from another law firm/in-house)
8-12 years total experience, with 3-5 years in a lead roleSkills to master
- Transferable skills in designing research strategies, leading a small team, evaluating legal tech, and influencing senior stakeholders. A quick grasp of our firm's specific practice areas and internal systems will be key.
You're ready to move on when
- Can articulate specific examples of designing and implementing research strategies that impacted high-stakes matters.
- Has formal or informal experience managing or supervising a team of researchers.
- Demonstrates a strong understanding of legal tech trends and experience with vendor evaluation.
- Proven ability to adapt to new legal environments and quickly build credibility with new stakeholders.
