- Managed a significant portion of the global supply chain P&L (e.g., £50M+).
- Successfully integrated trade compliance into broader supply chain strategy.
- Demonstrated leadership across multiple supply chain functions (e.g., logistics, warehousing, planning).
- Proven ability to drive operational efficiency and cost reduction across the supply chain.
