5-8 years as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on HR systems.Skills to master
- Deepening HR domain knowledge, gaining hands-on configuration experience in Workday or similar HRIS, understanding integration principles, and transitioning from requirements gathering to solution design and implementation.
