You're ready to move on when
- Consistently high performance in rotations, especially those involving data or reconciliations.
- Positive feedback from managers on attention to detail and eagerness to learn.
- Demonstrated ability to pick up new systems and processes quickly.

Accounts Assistant / Junior Accountant
1-3 yearsSkills to master
- Accounts payable/receivable processing, bank reconciliations, month-end close support, and a solid grasp of transactional accounting. You'll be used to the rhythm of finance.

- Flawless execution of transactional accounting tasks.
- Proactive identification of process improvements in your current role.
- Expressed interest in understanding the 'why' behind the numbers, beyond just processing them.

Internship (Finance/Costing)
6-12 monthsSkills to master
- Specific tasks within a finance department, exposure to real-world financial data, and understanding of corporate environment. This is a direct pipeline.

- Successful completion of all internship projects and tasks.
- Strong recommendations from internship supervisors.
- Clear understanding of the basics of costing or management accounting gained during the internship.
