- Successfully launched and scaled multiple market-leading retail banking products, demonstrating significant revenue impact.
- Managed a large product portfolio with multi-billion-pound revenue streams.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams (including technology, marketing, risk) to deliver product innovation.
- Developed a deep understanding of customer needs and market trends to drive product strategy.
