Direct entry (assuming 2-4 years experience)Skills to master
- Adapting to our firm's specific audit methodology and software, managing larger or more complex client engagements, integrating into a new team culture.

- Proven track record of leading audit sections at a previous firm.
- Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP/IFRS and FRC standards.
- Excellent references highlighting leadership potential and client management skills.
- Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
