You're ready to move on when
- Consistently delivers accurate daily cash positions without supervision.
- Proactively identifies and resolves routine operational issues.
- Has taken initiative to automate small tasks or improve minor processes.
- Demonstrates a keen interest in learning more complex treasury functions like hedge accounting.

Financial Accountant (with Treasury Exposure)
3-5 years as a Financial AccountantSkills to master
- Deep understanding of accounting principles (IFRS/GAAP), strong reconciliation skills, experience with month-end close, and some exposure to FX revaluations or intercompany accounting.
You're ready to move on when
- Has a strong track record in financial reporting and general ledger management.
- Shows a clear interest in moving into a more specialist treasury role.
- Has taken relevant professional qualifications (e.g., ACCA, CIMA) or courses in treasury.

Treasury Analyst (from another Corporate)
5+ years as a Treasury Analyst in a similar-sized or larger corporate environment.Skills to master
- Proven experience across a broad range of treasury operations, including cash management, FX, and ideally some exposure to debt or investments. Experience with a TMS is critical.
You're ready to move on when
- Can articulate complex treasury processes and their underlying risks.
- Has experience with hedge accounting or similar complex financial instruments.
- Demonstrates a proactive approach to process improvement and problem-solving.
- Can provide examples of leading a small project or mentoring junior staff.
