Apprenticeship in a Technical/Facilities Field
0-1 year post-apprenticeshipSkills to master
- Practical technical skills, understanding of maintenance principles, problem-solving, teamwork.
You're ready to move on when
- Can independently perform routine maintenance tasks.
- Shows initiative in identifying and resolving minor issues.
- Has a foundational understanding of relevant regulations.

General Facilities Assistant / Lab Assistant
1-2 years in previous roleSkills to master
- General building maintenance, inventory management, basic lab operations, customer service.
You're ready to move on when
- Comfortable with hands-on tasks and physical work.
- Understands the importance of a clean and functional environment.
- Good at communicating with internal 'customers'.
