- Informal leadership, complex problem-solving, basic data analysis, mentoring new hires, taking ownership of customer issues end-to-end.
You're ready to move on when
- You're consistently a top performer, hitting all your personal metrics (CSAT, FCR, QA).
- You're the go-to person for junior agents when they're stuck, offering help without being asked.
- You've taken the initiative to identify and propose solutions to recurring customer issues or process inefficiencies.
- You're comfortable handling the toughest customer interactions and de-escalating tense situations.
- You've expressed a clear interest in leadership and developing others.

External Hire from another Team Leader/Supervisor Role
Direct entry with 2-3 years of relevant leadership experience.Skills to master
- Team management, performance coaching, operational oversight, experience with WFM and QA tools, stakeholder communication.
You're ready to move on when
- You've successfully led a team of similar size (8-15 agents) in a previous role.
- You can demonstrate clear examples of improving team performance and agent development.
- You're proficient in using common contact centre technologies (CRM, WFM, QA platforms).
- You're comfortable with data analysis to drive team decisions.
- You can quickly adapt to new company cultures and processes.
