- Has successfully mentored and developed junior managers or team leads.
- Has led at least two significant operational improvement initiatives from start to finish.
- Demonstrates strong analytical skills in identifying and solving team-level problems.

4-6 yearsSkills to master
- Adapting operational management skills (e.g., logistics, supply chain) to a customer service context, learning customer service specific metrics and technologies, and developing strong customer empathy.
You're ready to move on when
- Proven track record of managing complex operations and large teams in a different domain.
- Demonstrates a keen interest in customer experience and a quick grasp of customer service principles.
- Strong analytical and process improvement skills that are transferable.
- Has actively sought out opportunities to learn about customer service operations.

2-4 yearsSkills to master
- Translating consulting frameworks into practical, implementable operational plans, managing internal stakeholders effectively, and getting hands-on with day-to-day operational challenges.

- Has led significant customer service transformation projects for multiple clients.
- Can demonstrate strong project management and change management skills.
- Understands the practical realities and constraints of running a large-scale customer service operation.
- Has a desire to move from advising to directly owning and executing.
