2-3 yearsSkills to master
- End-to-end project management, budget tracking, grant application processes, volunteer recruitment and management, impact reporting for funders.
You're ready to move on when
- Successfully managed several small to medium-sized projects from initiation to completion.
- Can demonstrate strong organisational and problem-solving skills in a resource-constrained environment.
- Has experience working directly with diverse community groups.
- Understands the importance of clear communication and reporting.

Marketing or Communications Assistant (with CSR focus)
2-4 yearsSkills to master
- Content creation (writing, basic design), social media management, internal communications, event promotion, understanding brand messaging and reputation management.

- Produced compelling content (stories, social posts) about social impact initiatives.
- Managed social media channels or campaigns effectively.
- Can clearly articulate the 'story' of a community programme.
- Understands how to reach and engage different audiences.
