- You've shown initiative in identifying minor issues or suggesting small improvements.
- You're comfortable explaining basic compliance requirements to colleagues.
- You've successfully managed a small, recurring compliance process end-to-end.

From Quality Assurance Technician/Inspector
3-4 yearsSkills to master
- Deep understanding of quality control processes, inspection methodologies, non-conformance reporting, and basic root cause analysis. You'd be ready when you can translate product quality issues into process improvements.
You're ready to move on when
- You're proficient in using quality control tools and techniques.
- You've actively participated in internal quality audits.
- You can clearly document and report quality issues.
- You've demonstrated an ability to work with production teams to resolve quality problems.
