- Successfully led 3+ significant M&A transactions (e.g., >£100M) from identification to integration.
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead a high-performing Corporate Development team.
- Strong relationships with investment banks and private equity firms.

Managing Partner / General Partner (Venture Capital Fund)
15-20 years of experience managing a significant venture fund, with a proven track record of successful investments and exits.Skills to master
- Fundraising, portfolio construction and management, LP relations, deal sourcing and due diligence, and supporting portfolio companies through growth and exit. You're a seasoned investor.
You're ready to move on when
- Achieved a top-quartile MOIC for a venture fund you led or co-led.
- Developed a strong personal brand and network within the global VC ecosystem.
- Proven ability to identify and back disruptive technologies and founders.

15-20 years of experience leading enterprise strategy or digital transformation for a major company.Skills to master

- Successfully developed and implemented a multi-year corporate strategy that delivered significant business outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to drive large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong track record of influencing and aligning C-suite peers and the Board.
