What you'll be able to do
- Understand when an undertaking’s activity or agreements will come within the scope of the EU competition rules and EU law relating to abusive conduct.
- Understand how contractual arrangements and business practices may infringe EU competition rules.
- Understand the methods for obtaining exemption from the EU competition rules and the principles applied to the grant of exemptions.
- Understand the effects of different commercial arrangements on competition in the relevant market and how to advise undertakings on compliance with EU law in their contracts and practices.
