- Clarify and confirm the requirements and expectations of clients and the scope of the instruction with the context of the RRO.
- Ascertain the nature of the building and quality of existing documentation on the construction of the premises, nature of the occupancy, previous policies regarding fire safety and ‘significant’ events.
