• Invite and evaluate potential external suppliers based on approved criteria.
• Confirm suitability of contributors with decision makers.
• Negotiate contract terms to optimize production outcomes while maintaining relationships.
• Ensure contracts detail required outcomes, responsibilities, and liabilities.
• Monitor and review supplier contributions against contracts.
• Address and improve underperformance by suppliers.
