Performance Criteria

• Carry out maintenance checks per scheduled plans and manufacturer’s instructions.
• Record maintenance information accurately in organizational systems.
• Report urgent maintenance needs promptly.
• Replace non-repairable items without delay.
• Follow established procedures for immediate attention items.
• Conduct permissible maintenance tasks according to regulations and organizational guidelines.
• Organize work for safe and efficient execution.
• Use appropriate tools and methods for maintenance tasks.
• Report problems encountered during work.
• Adhere to health and safety requirements with equipment and materials.
• Ensure completed work meets safety and performance standards.
• Return items to proper locations and prepare them for performances timely.
