This NOS focuses on the application of Building Information Modelling (BIM) to identify hazards and assess risks associated with construction processes and products.

Performance Criteria

• Undertake organisational risk management processes.
• Review and interpret existing information relating to potential hazards.
• Identify hazards from construction products and processes that need assessment.
• Obtain accurate information regarding the hazards.
• Identify the significance of the hazards.
• Assess significant hazards to determine residual risks and apply preventive measures.
• Provide resulting information on significant residual risks to the appropriate stakeholders.
